Historic elegance meets sustainability
We had the privilege of carrying out an exclusive natural stone project for the historic Grand Hotel Imperial Riding School in Vienna with its 342 rooms:
Bespoke vanities and wall coverings made from Green Karzai, a sustainable natural stone.
This historic building, originally constructed in the 19th century as a military riding school under Emperor Franz Joseph I, now combines imperial history with the inspiring charm of Vienna’s district “Landstraße”. It serves as the perfect setting for design that harmoniously unites the past and the present.
Natural stone with character
Green Karzai is an expressive hardstone from Iran. It charms with its moss-green base tone, which is interrupted by fine yellowish to white veins. This natural stone has a warm, elegant and lively appearance. It lends rooms an incredible depth and a distinctive aesthetic.
Unique vanities for imperial comfort
Our precision-crafted vanities complement the home’s imperial comfort with a modern, creative flair. Although they are identical in size, the natural characteristics of the stone make each piece truly individual – unique in texture, colour and appearance.
A project that combines sustainable materials, high-quality natural stonework and historical architecture of the highest standard.
