Grand Tower Frankfurt - Living in the highest residential tower in Germany

The Grand Tower is the tallest residential building in Germany currently under construction in Frankfurt. On 47 floors and a height of 172 meters the tower accomodates 401 exclusive apartments. Ranging from 42 sqm to 120 sqm the condominiums and penthouses offer first-class interiors. Elegantly designed, spacious rooms create a luxurious feeling of living and offer a lot of space for fulfilling individual living dreams.

The interior design of the Grand Tower including the bathrooms comes from STUDIOarchitects from Dusseldorf: „Luxurious bathrooms that excel in both form and function. High-end tiles, fittings, basins and baths can be chosen in line with personal preferences.“

KMD fabricated the vanity tops for the apartments from the popular quartz composite Silestone, a brand of Cosentino, a Spanish company that produces high value surfaces. The engineered stone, which consists of up to 90 percent natural quartz, impresses with its natural appearance and durability. Quartz surfaces are ideal for bathroom countertops as they absorb virtually no moisture and are resistant to scratches and stains as caused by soap, oils, make-up etc. in daily use.
