Gotha / Cologne, February 2011 / PANDION VISTA, the northernmost of the three spectacular Kranhäuser (“Crane Houses”) offers luxury living and a unique view of the river Rhine, the Cathedral and Old Town. The 60 meter high building in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen is shaped as a lifting crane just like the two other office towers. KMD was responsible for the natural stone work in ten of the 133 condominiums.

Each of the apartments has been individually designed. The Cologne based office ASH Interior Design & Lighting Concepts was responsible for the interior design. We were able to meet our customers’ exclusive requirements as for the choice of material: unusual materials such as Afyon, Vals quartzite, Kirchheimer Gold Bank and Otta Phylitt were used, as well as Botticino mosaic and glass mosaics from Sicis and Oceanside.

KMD also installed the stone in the building’s exclusive lobby. There you find Grey Wood Vein and Walnut Travertine.
