13.03.08 / We will shortly finish all works at the exclusive new city quarter Lenbach Gärten in Munich. KMD provided more than 60 exquisite condominiums with natural stone - among those are spacious lofts and penthouse apartments. Public areas, the wellness area and the arcade aisle were realized by KMD as well.

All of the interior fittings were manufactured in our work in Gotha. KMD Projekt GmbH was responsible for the complete realization of all natural stone work in Munich, starting with the selection of stone, consultation, measurement and planning up to installing and laying. Individual needs and requirements were considered for each apartment. The building project near the Old Botanical Garden and the Abbey St. Bonifaz on Karlstrasse lasted over a year.
